Waterford alumna Linda Zwane (WK '99) will deliver a keynote address for WK's first Education Symposium on Saturday 26 March 2022. 

The symposium will take place on the Waterford campus under the theme, "Changing Course, Transforming Education." The Symposium on Education has used the UNESCO International Day of Education’s 2022 theme to begin a discussion around how we can work together with the government and non-government agencies to realise the fundamental right to education for everyone.

"We would like the discussion during the Symposium to focus on what may be required in Eswatini’s education systems, to better engage students in the kind of transformational educational practices that build a sustainable, peaceful future and so that each individual also discovers their purpose in building the future," said WK Principal Patricia Angoy.
