Students and staff listening attentively at the morning assembly23 Jan, 2018On Tuesday the 23rd of January 2018, Waterford Kamhlaba UWCSA officially opened with a lively morning assembly. The school principal Stephen Lowry welcomed everyone into the new year and made few announcements and introduced new staff, among other things.
The opening assembly also got messages of welcome from Donovan King, deputy principal (pastoral care) as well as the Director of Admissions and University Advisor, John Storer. Speaking to new students, Storer encouraged them to feel at home and know that there are many students who are also new at the school. “Swaziland is a very good place with respectful and warm people,” he said.
