WK Reunion in eSwatini – Registration

WK Reunion in eSwatini - August 24-26. Your registration fee includes all food and some beverages, one single bed in a single room and a shuttle to Mbabane on Sunday.

Fees are:

Registration for the entire reunion weekend for adults 18 and older is 1,750ZAR (which is approximately £96, $127, €107)
Children age 4 to 17 are 750ZAR per child for the entire weekend. This includes all meals and an individual bed.
Children age 3 and under are free. The price does not include a bed. Children can sleep with you in the bed provided or you may wish to bring a sleeping bag.

Day Pass

A day pass, for those who don’t require accommodation, includes the Friday evening meal and complimentary drinks; lunch, dinner and complimentary drinks on Saturday.
A day pass is 1,000ZAR. Children age 4 to 17 are 500ZAR for a day pass.
Accommodation and transportation to and from the college is the responsibility of the guest. No early bird discounts are available for day passes.

The registration deadline for the eSwatini WK reunion has been extended and will now be on August 1.

Refunds

Full refunds* will be issued for cancellations anytime up to and including July 27.
A 50% refund* will be issued for cancellations made between July 28 and August 10.
Refunds will not be available after August 10.**

*All refunds will accrue an administrative processing fee of €10, on top of any transfer fees.
